Gentle Hatha is a beginner-friendly class. Movements are slow and accessible to all levels of practitioners. The class begins and ends with a guided meditation to increase mind/body awareness and cultivate joy.
Hatha Flow is an intermediate-level class that focuses on linking the breath with mindful movements. Flow begins at a faster pace to warm up the body and then begins to slow as poses are held for longer and longer amounts of time, challenging the yogi to embrace the present moment and explore each pose in-depth. The emphasis is on balancing challenge with compassion, and effort with ease.
